Job Title: Hospitality Lecturer

Location: Fraserburgh Campus

Salary: ?21.20p/h + Statutory Holiday Pay

Role responsibilities

  • Prepare & Deliver lessons for hospitality student
  • Provide constructive feedback to develop their knowledge and understanding of the kitchen environment
  • Ensure attendances are recorded accurately using college systems
  • Maintain progress and results on online systems

Qualifications required

• Professional Chef qualification or equivalent
